For first orders we require a credit card number or paypal payment.
Pricing: Prices for engravable pieces include engraving. There is also a one time set up charge of $40.
Artwork: For a logo or other design we need single color vector artwork to work from. For questions about other formats, please contact us.
Proofs: Once your order is confirmed we will email you a proof of the engraving for your approval before starting the work.
Timing: Most orders are completed in two weeks or less from the date of artwork approval. Rush orders can be accomodated, additional charges may apply.
Shipping: We ship UPS Standard unless you instruct us otherwise. We ship to Canada and the USA. Local couriers may be used within the Toronto area. Pick ups are welcome during our business hours
Packaging: All awards and gifts are individually premium boxed. We label the outside of the boxes for ease of identification in multiple recipient orders. Items are then double boxed for shipping.
